We understand that every case is different, and hiring a private investigator is an important decision. That’s why we believe in being upfront about costs—so you know exactly what to expect. Unlike many agencies, we make our pricing structure available to give you clarity from the start. Person-to-Person Surveillance

£95.00 per hour (per operative) – Most tasks typically require just one operative.

Our surveillance services cover mobile, static, day and night operations, and all general costs, including fuel and equipment, within South Wales.

• No extra charges for travel time within our standard service area.*
• Each hour you pay for is fully worked on your case.
• Dedicated case manager providing regular updates.
• Flexible block-hour packages available, with a minimum of 5 hours per session.

Pre-Paid Surveillance Packages

• 10-hour package – £850 (save £100)
• 15-hour package – £1,275 (save £150)
• 20-hour package – £1,500 (save £400)
• 30-hour package – £2,250 (save £600) Best Value Package

Your case will be managed by a dedicated point of contact at Red Dragon Private Investigations, keeping you informed throughout the process.

Vehicle Tracking (GPS)

Our GPS tracking service provides valuable insight into vehicle movements, offering discreet, real-time monitoring.

• Installation & Removal Fee – £149 (£74.50 x 2)
• Daily Tracking Fee – £35 per day (minimum 4-day hire)

*Installation is typically carried out overnight (between 3 AM – 5 AM) for discretion.

Additional Information

• Travel Fees – If your case requires work outside of South Wales, a nominal fee may apply for areas beyond a 30-minute drive from our office.
• Mileage Charges – For tasks outside of our designated service area, mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile.
• Deposits – A £425 working deposit is required before any operative is assigned. Any additional expenses (e.g., overnight accommodation, if required) will be agreed upon in advance and charged separately.
• VAT – All prices displayed on our website are excluding VAT.
